Asbestos Mesothelioma Lawsuit: Rhode Island woman files for deceased husband
Another asbestos mesothelioma lawsuit was filed in Rhode Island against 58 corporations by Louis Warszawski on behalf of her deceased husband John Warszawski. Mr. Warszawski was diagnosed with asbestos lung mesothelioma in May 28, 2005 and passed away Sept. 26, 2006.
The exposure to asbestos has been claimed to be during 1945 until 1989 while Mr. Warszawski was working as a fireman, laborer, and assembly line laborer in Illinois, Rhode Island and Massachusetts as stated in the lawsuit.

In this asbestos mesothelioma lawsuit the plaintiff is requesting a total of $2,800,000.00 in damages.

Asbestos cancer settlements are trade-offs in many cases. If you are desperately ill with mesothelioma and need the funds as soon as possible to further your treatment, or if you have decided that a long trial would ruin the quality of your remaining life, then settling the case out of court can be the right solution. In most cases, the average asbestos cancer settlement is in the million dollar range. If you employ the services of an experienced mesothelioma trial lawyer, it might be five times that amount depending upon the jury.
